Hello all
I would like to add the "manage profile" module to a DNN7 site and need some guidance on how this can be done.

Also, I would like to hide the "manage services" tab in this module.

thanks in advance ... Ron

If it is an existing upgraded site, check to see if you already have a User Profile page on the site that has the Profile module on it.

If it is a new DNN7 install look at the Child pages under Activity Feed for the Profile page.

To disable the Services link you'll need to do the following.

  1. Go to the Admin/User Accounts Page
  2. Go in to Edit mode
  3. Go to the Module Settings for the User Accounts module
  4. Click on the User Settings tab
  5. Uncheck the Display Manage Services link

thanks Chris.
I managed to remove the services link tab ok, however the Profile module displays an edit button that opens the "manage profile" module.
It is this management module that I want to add to my page

cheers
Ron

This will be a bit more difficult to do. I spent about 20 minutes trying to come up with an easy way to tell you how, but was unable to in that time...
