Can anybody advice with a simple solution for dealing with broken links in DNN?

Broken links for pages which not exist anymore - 301  redirect for broken links?

I refuge to pay a lot of money for Url Master Module etc.

I’m used to work in Magento where this is handled by an incorporated user-friendly function

however I haven’t been able to figure this out with DNN?

Hopefully someone can tell me how easy this is with DNN

Thanks in advance

Regards

The only way to do this, without using URL Master (which is very reasonably priced, though you will still have to perform work to get it doing this) is to create pages for the old URLs and using the page settings, redirect them to the new locations using the permanent redirect option.

I believe, that 7.1 is going to have some "url history" features, though I don't know specifics of those. It wouldn't help you now, but hopefully will help prevent this from happening in the future.
