Unfortunately it's not that thing, it's another Register title/caption. The one you quote is translated in my app.

Actually I'm 99.99% sure that these both values are the Titles of the Containers of the DNN modules - Register and Login. You can edit container setting for each module, when you have right and when you're already logged in. In this case, when a user is logged in these modules aren't visible and when you try to write in the browser address bar .../login.aspx or /register.aspx the user is redirected. Seems like a dead end!
