I just tried to upgrade from 7.0.4 to 7.0.5 and it seemed to go smoothly and quickly. However now it seems any trace of a skin (MaximalExtropy was in use) or any other skin just doesn't load.  I checked the jQuery settings, recycled the App Pool, cleared the cache, threw salt over my shoulder but no luck.

There must be something simple I am missing.  Here's a screen shot: http://brightmarkdata.com/images/Capt....  It's bad.

Thanks!

most likely, you forgot to unblock the downloaded zip file before unzipping. Redo unblocking, unzipping and replace currently existing files. if this doesn't help, you might need to re-adjust windows file system permissions.

Thanks Sebastian:

What I did was even more dumb: used the new install package instead!  I grabbed the upgrade package and all is good.
