good morning everyone,

how are you?  i'm new to the dotnetnuke CMS and still trying to figure out things by going through the documentations.  i am curretly reading the "Super User Manual" pdf file and is currently running into a problem locating the "Localization" tab when going into the settings of a module.

i am currently using the community edition of dotnetnuke v7.0.5.  I logged in as super admin and did the following to try to get localization to work on my local version.

1.  I went to "Host -> Common Settings -> Host Settings" and clicked on the "Other Settings" tab.  I scrolled down to the bottom and checked the "Allow Content Localization?" checkbox so that localization is enabled.

2.  I went to "Admin -> Advanced Settings -> Languages" and checked the "Enable Browser Language Detection" checkbox, checked the "Allow users to choose interface language" checkbox, and clicked on the "Enable Localized Content" link.  So now, there is a "Localization" tab when going to "Page Settings".  But there isn't a "Localization" tab when i go to "Module Settings".  in the "Super User Manual" on page 170 under "Module Settings", it mentions there being a "Localization Settings" tab.

Is the localization tab available for "Module Settings"????

Thank you very much everyone for your help.

Very much appreciate it.

have a great day

module localization settings have been moved into the list on page settings. You might also want to have a look at Content Localization Tool from Sasha Trauwaen (http://dnncltools.codeplex.com/), parts of it will be included in DNN 7.1

Hi,

@Sebestian, whether that will be the next version after latest 07.00.06?

Thanks,
