While doing a new install of DNN 7.05 I am getting this error message. Clicking the Retry option just loops me through the same error

ERROR:Unable to generate a temporary class (result=1).
error CS2001: Source file 'C:\Windows\TEMP\o4scauh4.0.cs' could not be found
error CS2008: No inputs specified

Has anyone seen this and how can I resolve the error.

Thanks
