I need to redirect user to a specific page which ID is set in cookie (or not redirect when the cookie is not set)  It should happen just after the user enters the site.  All my efforts ends with endless redirect loop. Could you help me?

Your best bet here would be a quick custom module to handle this.

Thanks for reply. Well, I made my own module to handle this task and then insert it onto a page but eventually without success. So it is possible that I made something really wrong. Could you tell me a little more how should write such module?
