The title might confuse as the question will aswell.

I work at a hotel in sweden where currently i wanted to remake our website from scratch. Since i have only been working here for 4 years i'm not sure how everything works. Been looking around for hours of hours on websites to find out HOW to change skins and build my own to put in to OUR server.

The problem with this is we do not have the host account. We only have 2x admin accounts and our host account is someones who left the job about 10-15 years ago so we can't get that in hand. Asked on Customer service but they told me to go here to share my info. I will link what i wrote to them and hopefully someone can explain and help me with this problem. Thank you!

How do I find the database and the video I found show that I shall be on some website to do some changes. When I am on our site trying to promote the new user I made I can only promote to Admin or subscriber. INVID company made this website for us LONG ago and the person who made it left the company so all info ex was forgotten so that is why I need the host to be able to change every skin and remake everything."

How do i find the database? Do i need the program that DNN provide or is it some link/base on "our website" if so how do i find it?

Well i just got the host account info but i still dont understand. Is DNN a program on my computer that i have to download or a website database?

The web.config could't be found on this computer as i searched.
