DNN was installed on drive E on a server. I purchased a new server and changed the configurations slightly. I re-installed DNN on the D drive and everything seems to be working with the exception of the Repository. I am getting:

A critical error has occurred.
Could not find a part of the path "E:\"

Ok I would assume this is an easy fix just update the path of the records in one of the tables. Problem, Not sure what table is holding this information. Any ideas and help would be great. If I figure it out I will post it.

Ok I figured it out faster then I thought I would. Just wanted to post it here for any that may run across the same problem.

The table that needs to be modified it the ModuleSettings table.

 692 anonymouslocation D:\SUB1\ThePrimaryURL\Portals\3\Repository
 692 commentroles ;9;
 692 defaultsort 0
 692 description This is the description!
 692 downloadroles ;9;
 692 folderlocation D:\SUB1\ThePrimaryURL\Portals\3\Repository
 692 moderationroles ;9;
 692 noimage FileID=43
 692 pagesize 5
 692 pendinglocation D:\SUB1\ThePrimaryURL\Portals\3\Repository

You will find one or more sections in the table that look like the above entries. Just correct the Drive letter or other directory information as appropriate.

Note: I have replaced parts of this for privacy. SUB1 would be a real subdirectory name where you have DNN installed. and ThePrimaryURL would be the initial host name you created for you portal.

You could also have fixed it by going into the Settings (you can still do that even though an error was thrown) and resetting the path there.

the ability to set the physical location of the Repository files is a 'host' function. If you are logged in using the host account, then on the module settings page, at the bottom of the repository settings section you will be able to edit the folder locations.
