I've followed the upgrade video below, but after the step where I copy the upgrade files over my exsisting website files and go to the URL specified, nothing happens.

Video used (older version):

Upgrade package used to copy files over existing site:

URL attempted: http://dev.ccd.edu/install/install.aspx?modeinstallresources
