you should be able to do that using CSS.

I would use Firebug and get the DIV id for the Links module; if you want to have different looks, for the different modules.

Then, within CSS, I add the DIV id and the styles I want it to show.  Hope this helps.

#dnn_ctr4315_Links_pnlList ul.linklist {list-style:none outside none; margin:0; padding:0; z-index:-1;}
#dnn_ctr4315_Links_pnlList ul li.linkitem {line-height:1.5; list-style:none outside none; margin:0; padding:0; border-top:1px dotted #dedede; background-color:none; padding:2px 0;}
