On my DNN site, I am getting errors from HTML module when using Insert Media (Hyperlink, Image, Document Manager, and Image Map Editor, etc). Below is one of examples error message when openning Hyperlink Manager:

Hyperlink Manager
Cannot deserialize dialog parameters. Please refresh the editor page.
Error Message:The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters.

And getting below error sometime:
Hyperlink Manager
HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found
The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Please advise what is the reason and how to fix it.

Hi,
My DNN version is 7.0.5.
These couple days, the issues I mentioned above are gone. I did notice the issue does happen sometime, and does not happen sometime.

I will try to install CKEditor, if it happend again.
