I tried to install community version using Web Platform Installer and it stops and ask SqlExpress sa password?

by default sql express ships with only windows security enabled, so you install as your current user. As long as your user has admin rights this will be fine - just select windows security in the install. If you want to enable mixed/sql authentication you can do it during install (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libra...(v=sql.90).aspx) or else via the commandline or (easier) via a GUI such as sql server management tools (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sqlser...)
