  • Add abilitiy for members of a selected role to add events to the calendar.  This should also add the ability for these additions to be moderated.
  • Add ability to filter the master calendar (ie. dropdown next to calendar that allows you to look at a specific sub calendar's events instead of all the events together).

I would throw one more suggestion into the ring.  In the registration peice fo the claendar, it would be excellent to allow custom fields to be added to the registration form.  This would osrt of be an integration between the Form Creator that is on Snowcovered and the AVCalendar.

Most of my clietns that do this sort of thing need to collect more the just name and contac tinfor when they accept a registration.  This would allow them to collect this other info.

Allow icons and color differentiation.  Also allow different views of the same calendar db  info.  Let me explain the need:

My churchs wants a calendar feature throughout it's website.  on the main calendar page, we would want all (or most, so it should be selectable) events and activities of the church listed.  Because there could be many events from many different departments all mixed together there needs to be a visual way (icons and different colors) to quickly see that "Ladies Bible Study 6-8pm"

This means that I also need the ability to separate information based on department and have different moderators.  Then I need to be able to pick which departments to display on a particualar instance of the calendar.

Gosh, I hope this makes sense

I've been asked several times to have the attendees list visible. The reasoning is that for clubs who's attending may entice others to attend. Of course this feature would need to be set per event as private/hidden, viewable to specified roles, or public. And it may need to be limited to show last name only or first initial & last name if possible for some privacy.

Also would be nice if for enrolled events the open slots were shown - for example: 2 of 10 seats remaining.

YES! An attendee roster would be excellent along with a way to designate the # of openings left. A printable attendance sheet would be great. Take it one step further and allow the admin to log who attended.
