Thanks Scott.  Where's the best place to post to other team members?

2 issues remaining:

I am trying to output the Outlook .VCS file and one user is telling me it does not work w/foriegn (non-US ASCII) files...I'm not sure what type of encoding needs to be done when I download this file.

Also,  related to this, I'm looking for something that will strip ALL HTML from the event description...since, the vCalendar spec and Outlook import do not support HTML.

Thanks!

I don't know anything about the .VCS format, but if it's XML, make sure you have an encoding attribute set that supports multi-national characters, like this:

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='ISO-8859-1'?>

This is a phenominal module. The ability to agregate schedules via the master and to have multiple masters is great. I also like the Export to Outlook feature but I agree the HTML needs to be removed.

I am working with a homeschool organization where they often have field trips that are limited to a certain number of attendees. When registering, the parent normally tells the organizer something like "Well, I'm coming my four kids and why don't you reserve a place for my husband.

If, when you register, you could put in the number of "seats" you need, that would really help.

Thanks for all you do.

How about having the recurrence settings exported to the VCS file?
