Hai everyone. What is base class library in dot net and what are all the files included in it.

The Base Class covers Globalization, Security, DateTime,I/O, Reflection and many more, it is about one third of the .NET classes.  There are no files but class definitions needed to develop most Asp.net application which includes DNN.   In C# I would recommend Jeffery Richter and Jon Skeet books, Skeet's new book will be out by the end of the month.

 The thread below is a Base Class  use in DNN for Localization so I think it is a relevant question to DNN.
