Oke, So i upgraded my portal from version 6 to
DotNetNuke Community Edition 07.00.06 (121)

Ever doing so with out any problem or error, it seams that my language management is corrupted.

(After upgrading i had to change my .NEt framework from 2 to 4. And everything else works...)

If I go to: Admin/ Languages, i receive the following error:

Error: Language Management is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Languages.LanguageEnabler.OnLoad(EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

In the log files i found the following error:

I already tried some stuff.

- The same error is showed in all of the portals
- Same error is showed when i log on with a admin user ore host...
- I didn't change the default language.
- I removed the language module from the page and place it back again by "add new module" no effect.
- In the host setting i turn of the friendly urls and restarted the website. No effect.
- I her-installed the language pack, no effect.

So i'm running out of options, an i really can not find a answer for it....
WHEEEEEEEELP!

I suggest upgrading to 7.1.2, where some of the code has been fixed. You should also make sure, that you are having a default alias for each portal language in Admin > website settings. Also, check portalsettings table, there might be same entries with multiple languages, which is currently not supported.
Last, but not least, check portallanguages table, entries should correspond with portallocalization table rows.

I Have made export of my localization table, my language table and the portalSettings table.
Me by i'm missing something.
Is it normal that the Portallocalization table shows 2 languages for each site? (Except portal 3 and 13...).

By the way, if got this problem in all the portals.. No matter which one i choose.

portallocalization should hold a record for each language associated with a site (in portallanguages), there seem to be records missing in portallanguages table.
besides, make sure you are having a proper value in PortalLocalization for hometab for each portal and replace 0 by NULL for custom error tabs at the end of the row.
