Accessing files stored on azure is a surprisingly simple process. The only real trick is making sense of the somewhat weird file naming system.

We recently converted one of our library management modules to store image files on azure instead of on dnn - the process was quite straight forward.

Thank you for the input, Wes. Do you have more details you could share regarding this migration, it could be interesting in order to integrate Azure into LuceneSearch?

As of now, the document system in DNN watches the current portal folder and reads from the files with an IFilter, but a custom provider that reads from Azure could be created.
