Using PortalModuleBase I am always getting a False response to the following.

Anyone know why?

            If objUserController.IsInRole("Business Owners") = True Then

                pnlIsNotUser.Visible = False

                pnlIsNotUser.Visible = True
                pnlIsUser.Visible = False
            End If
