I have an urgent issue that I hope someone could jump in and help me debug. I was running dnn 6.2.5 and had a problem with social groups where the notification tables were not fully populated for groups. I am not sure what caused this issue butI would get a notification error when a group was created. The group created fine. I manually populated the table to the best of my knowledge and the error resolved. Then I had a number of user create groups that required member approval. The notification email goes out but on the notification page, only DISMISS shows up not approve or reject.

I successfully upgraded to DNN 7.0.6 but that did not help resolve the issue.

The other thing to worth mentioning is that I created a Groups group which is where the group roles reside not under global roles.

Could anyone help me debug this or have an idea of how to figure this out?
