Your issue is related to your Skin that used some old jQuery Versions or JavaScript code that refernced to jQuery Methode that not longer exists on the new jQuery Versions that shiped with DNN 7.1.

So I think this is not a issue of DNN 7.1 and won't be fixed.

Matthias,

Thanks for you reaction! I agree it is an issue with the jQuery version, but I'm using the default DNN skin. Tried the Aphelia, DarkKnight and Gravity skin but all skins show an empty File Manager.

Checked the jQuery settings:

Installed jQuery Version: 1.9.1
Installed jQuery UI Version: 1.10.3
Use jQuery Debug Version?: unchecked
Use Hosted jQuery Version?: unchecked
Hosted jQuery URL: http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/...
Hosted jQuery Migrate Plugin URL:
Hosted jQuery UI URL: http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/...

Didn't change this so can you tell me what I have to change/add to make the file manager work?

I agree with Sebastian, you should enable the use  hosted jQuery Version.

Thanks for you help!

I enabled the Use Hosted jQuery Version but this doesn't solve the problem.
To be sure I installed a clean DNN 7.0.6 on a different server and did an upgrade to the latest version DNN7.1.0
The File Manager worked in DNN 7.0.6. but in DNN 7.1.0. the same problem with the Empty File Manager.
I think we can conclude it is a DNN issue and not a skin issue.

I noticed I'm not the only one with this problem and really hope this problem is fixed in DNN 711 and will be available soon.

Any suggestions for a workaround would be appreciated.

Thanks!
