Im Working with : DNN7 : DotNetNuke Version: 07.00.06

1/ I have 2 forms which are correctly sending the emails (One with dnnquickform and the other with AJAX Email Module)
Both are sending html emails normaly.

But, when i try to use the re-sending password (if i forget it) with the login popup, i receive :

- The green confirmation text that the email will be shortly sended

- In fact, The confirmation email is not sended

- On the Admin/Events Viewer Tab, i see that (at the same time):

• a Red exception :  18:04:20 InnerException: Bad sequence of commands. The server response was: This mail server requires authentication when attempting to send to a non-local e-mail address. Please check your mail client settings or contact your administrator to verify that the domain or address is defined for this server. / FileName: / FileLineNumber: 0 /FileColumnNumber: 0 / Method: System.Net.Mail.RecipientCommand.CheckResponse / StackTrace: / Message: System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Bad sequence of commands. I dont know what's happen and how to solve my settings for these system sendings ?

Ok, But then if the smtp params are not correct : why the 2 forms (i said above) are sending emails correctly ?

Th pb is just with the password return email

Hello,

I move a little more about this problem and perhaps this will give a possible solution :

- When i add new users with an email ending by the domain name (like xxx@netindus.net)

the system emails are working (Services New User Registration and alsow Services Password Reminder)

- But when a user email not ending by the domain name, no system emails are sending ( seen at the first thread / message above)

can it evolve this topic ?
