Hello,

I built up a website using WebMatrix and dnn 7 installed onto my local computer from the App Gallery.  When I FTP'd the site up to my hosting service (Arvixe) I get an HTTP 500 error.  I worked with their support and they said that the error was related to database connections.  I'm using SQL 2012 Express and the connection string in the web.config looks exactly like it should and I already verified permissions access to App Data folder and the database itself.  Any ideas, at least where I can get some more verbose error reporting?

It somewhat depends on the database approach you used - are you using user instances (i.e. AttachDBFilename), if so make sure that your hosting provider allows that (as some do not) - if they do not you will have to move your files to the sql express as a conventional database. If you have access to the sql server management studio this can be down easily enough by attaching the database (though you may have to recreate your database user or run a script to fix the orphans)
