Hi, I still have problems with the member directory. I added some profile items and changed the default language of the portal. Then bulk imported all the members into dnn. The module is searching and failing it will not show any member filtered or not filtered.

Can anyone help me with this?

Ruud

Was the member directory functioning before you did your bulk import?

What tool did you use to bulk import?

Its possible that the bulk import has corrupted some values that the member directory is expecting to see?

Did you attempt to rename any of the core user profile elements?

Hi ,

I am unsure if it works before the bulk import. We first imported and then found out we could use the member directory to show users filter per group.

I have removed ALL users except for three (host, admin and just created another account) then unticked the box for search but still it will fail and not show any users

Core profile elements have not be renamed, but I might have a problem with the EMAIL property. Not sure yet but looking into this now. This was deleted (by mistake) and then recreated.

Thank you ruud

Now I was wondering how can I change the pivot table?

Can i  delete the email property?
