Hi,

I'm trying to implement my own membership/role/providers using DNN 4.3.1
I'm a little confused about the providerPath attribute in the web.config file.
Can someone explain to me how this works?

Mainly because the path seems to point to files in the Library folder?
and the path (for the membership provider) doesn't exist in the Website folder.

When I migrate our build of DNN(4.0.3), we only migrate the Website folder, and it works fine.

I was hoping to have my own project/dll that I could plug-in using the provider model and a dll in the bin folder.

What should I put in the provider path, I've got the Type="'[classname],[dll in bin folder]" bit which is the usual way of specifying pluggable types? but I don't know what the providerPath attribute should be?

Can anyone help?
