Hi, in our portal we have two admin accounts. When we login with this account there is no longer a option to change the user accounts. The option to the delete is available. We recently upgraded from DNN 6 to DNN 7.0.1.

Any idea where to look for this problem?

you should upgrade to latest DN 7.0 or 7.1.1, there are a number of known issues on early DNN 7 versions.
besides, please try recycle App Pool and retry.
