Hello everyone,

First, excuse my lack of technical terms here- I am a designer, not a developer, but  due to complications with our server provider, I have been forced to take matters into my own hands. If this is the wrong forum for this, again I apologize.

Recently, one of our DNN 5 sites has been crashing ALOT, and our log viewer has been inundated with errors, and I have no idea what to do about it.

ANY assistance in this would be appreciated.

timeout issues indicate issues with the database.
please make sure, transaction log gets truncated upon frequent backups and check for top used tables.
EventLog and ScheduleHistory should not exceed a few hundred lines, searchitemwordposition should not contain duplicates (clear search table and re-index: http://www.deutschnetnuke.de/tabid/134/Default.aspx)

Cheers from Germany,
