Hello and good morning everybody ;) ,

First of all I have to tell you that i´m an extremely beginner to DNN since i´m mostly working with joomla or liferay ;P .

Now , for building a Business Portal for one of our Customers , I have to use DNN beacuse of the client´s wish.

So, let´s start talking about my Problem:

We´ve added a Complaint Form (FormMaster by NextGen) so Users can send E-mail to the Site Admin.

With this E-mail , we also want to deliver the Username and maybe some other Userinformation about the current logged in User.

I really don´t know how i can access this Information , or where there are even stored...

I can´t work with the Database behind DNN because it´s running on a other Companies Server, so if this would be the only way to do this , it would be a solution too , because i just could move that job down to them because of permissions and stuff. Either , if there´s a way to accomplish this by maybe some javascript code or another solution , please comment below your solution or guide me to a good tutorial. Thanks for your help and have a nice Monday !

Thanks for your reply Sebastian, unfortunately this Feedback Module won´t work for what we want to accomplish ...

Our Form also contains questions , which also acts like a survey . So for example :

Answer "a" on question A would lead you to question B , while answer "b" on question A would lead you to question C.

So FormMaster was the only FormModule i´ve found so far which contains such functions.

After a lot of research on the Internet , i´ve found solutions for getting this User Information from the Module itself , which will be used by the User. So , this is somethink I only could accomplish by adding some Code into a Module or External Extension , right ? If it´s like this please tell me , so i can move on with other jobs and stick this to my partners with full permissions on DNN ....

Thanks in advantage !

if you are looking for a free module, check out Helferlein Forms on codeplex and AFAIR there was also a quiz module somewhere.
