Account Login didn't work.  Did you are using a Hosting application like Paralells Plesk or any other?  Check permission Settings and permissions for your IIS Header Settings which must have execute permission for scripts and executables.  What is the .NET Version you are using?  Are you running internal or clasic mode for your application pools?

Try to Change the Trust Level on your web.config file.

Sorry,
I wrong... the user and pwd are default access of ddn (host/dnnhost).

.Net is 4(integrated), and the web is in hosting in a cloud server on arvixe. The problem is new, because in the last 3 years i haven't any issue to install dnns on arvixe server of various version and this is the first time i see this issue... the install is fresh of 5.6.8 and i change only connection string.

Thanks in advance

Did you Change both Connection strings? Be Aware that there are 2 Connection strings!  If you migrade the databases by Export/Import this can be the issue.  It will better to do a SQL backup and then restore the backup on the new Server.

Please also check permissions for the application pool user on physical path and be sure you inherit the full Access to all subfolders and files.  Also check if the read permission for the iUser/iUsers are inherit to all subfolders and files.  Be sure the IIS headers have execute permissions for scripts and executables.
