I have some pages on my site, let say "My Personal Page", which I want to make visible only to the logged-in user. i.e. each user would see their own page only and not others' pages, something like the scrap-page where each one can keep his own personal information, for his own reference

How do I do it?

Hi
If you have created separate page for all users, then on each page permission you can set the username for the user going to see the page.
But i think separate page for every user is not a good way. Try to make one page for all user, create a module which will bring the user specific data and display on the page.

Thanks,

There is no built in solution for user specific pages. However, if you have modules which support content filter by current userid, like Messages and Journal, you may use it on a page for all users, and each user will only see his own content (w/o the permission to move, add or delete modules). You may even configure Form and List module to support this setup by using a filter and proper edit permissions.
