the 7.0.5 version.

and in the folder you comment me I have only this "ClientDependency, RadSpell"

the app_data/search folder is only in reference to dnn 7.1.0 and above - previous versions store the index in the database. I would recommend you consider upgrading as the search change in 7.1.0 are extensive -it's much faster, better and less resource intensive. Try doing an upgrade on a development machine and then under admin->search admin run a re-index and see if that returns the data you're looking for.

The version that I have of dnn 7.0.5 and I have the the file in the folder you say but if the database is the table "searchItem".

For that field looking for? which of these are (Title, Description, SearchKey)
