While I found material at dnncreative to be useful I am disturbed by their paypal interface that sets up automatic renewal without customer knowledge. There is no alert to the renewal, just a statement that your paypal account has been charged.  This can be fixed by unsubscribing in paypal. Based on the traffic on their forum this issue has plagued many customers and hasn't been addressed. The least they could do is send out a message saying that a subscription is about to renew, but even that hasn't been done. Be warned!

Yes, it happened to me as well some time back. The year before an email went out but not this time. I complained to PayPal and they refunded the money.
