have a problem when high-mails recivo users mepone the "País: España" and would have to leave "País: España"

country the value of it out of the list of dnn.

as to solve it?

sorry, I don't understand your question, but you may edit country names using List menu item in Host menu.

sorry I was the keys.

What I mean is when a user gives high mail that you send the DNN and perfirl data have characters (á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ) replaces them with "ñ"
Example the "ñ" change it to "ñ"

sorry, I still don't see the difference between the characters in your sample. In a url in DNN 7.1, accented characters get replaced by unaccented base characters.
