I have a number of small low traffic sites that don't get enough traffic to stay loaded on the hosting service I use.

When my clients go to their sites and it takes forever to load the first time they get a little unhappy.

I'm looking for some ideas on how to either keep the sites loaded or make the sites load or appear to load faster.

I have tried the KeepAlive.ASPX file, but that would require a browser to always be open on a computer somewhere (not out of the question but doesn'tseemlike a reliable idea).

I  know there are some KeepAlive services out there, anyone have any recommendations on these?

Thanks

J
