I was just curious as to if any one has used the template (header, menu, footer) on a custom page.

I created a new directory on the root of the web and ive placed a couple of custom pages there.

I would like to get the template to appear on these pages. On these pages in particular i would like to do some custom codeing in the acutal pages and not use modules but i would like to be able to pull the template so that it looks conformed.

I did copy the code from Default.aspx and Default.aspx.vb and place that into my new pages (with the exception of the <% Page Language="VB"...............Inhearits="DotNetNuke.Framework.MyPageName..."%>, which i made to accomadate). In doing this it seems like the new page should take on the template but im getting an error and am being redirected to Default.aspx.

I tried to debug to walk through the code to see maybe where the modules were being loaded as i dont need any modues on this page.

Any ideas or thoughts on what im attempting?

Thats it.
