Don't forget to move data from table you want to delete into a temp table, and restore it after creating the new table. 

Adding coloumns will not need delete a table.

Is there any way to automate the creation of the sqlprovider script?

I already have the finished tables and indexes set up in a different database.

Figured it out. I just had to put square brackets around the PRIMARY keyword for it to work e.g. instead of ON PRIMARY it should be ON [PRIMARY].
