I've not solution as I've never been able to recreate this - as all the reports tend to show the same site working in one environment but not another we know it's environmental but do not know what the difference is - perhaps you could list your environment details (i.e. IIS version, sql version, .net version) to see if that helps diagnose

Just for information (as I started the thread), I've recently updated to 07.03 and everything is now working again.

Steven, thanks for the update. That said, it's even more confusing as presumably this is still the same environment so no idea why the case-sensitivity would have changed - at this point I'm going to have to guess that some rarely used 3rd party module overwrites a dll we use with one that is case sensitive (e.g. perhaps an old copy of newtownsoft).

The problem still exists with me on DNN 7.3.1

Update: somehow the Javascript objects are created with first character Uppercase (although it is lower case in code), this also occurs on PasswordStrength.js  which makes the password strength not working

Anybody has idea what can be the reason for this on the hosting server? so I can tell them to fix?

I can give you the link if anybody wants to debug

Update, I have changed the core to write JSON using camelCase and it fixed the "undefined" error and PasswordSrength now works

But still a problem that the DNN DropDownList keep loading and does not show any items , is this a related error or new one?

Also this error appear on Hosting server but not on Local

Any ideas?
