The error says:

A critical error has occurred.
Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.

Now that's something completely different than the initial error that was posted at the start of this thread. Your error has nothing to do with Medium Trust. However off the top of my head I don't know what might be causing your error. If you log in as Host and look at the log viewer does it give a better explanation of that error or at least more detail?

Yes I realize that now. I apologize for the confusion, I am learning more about DNN each day so hopefully I can shed my newbieness. Anyway here is the detail from the log:

Could this have something to do with the 2 gig limit I have read about? (Int32 only goes up to max 2gigs) I am just under this amount for the combined size of my portal (1.97 gigs) I will try to clear some space and see what happens.

I don't think so but I guess it could be possible (I was going to say that I've got portals that are larger but I just checked and the largest two are 1.95 GB and 1.86 GB. Can you upload the file using File Manager or have you set a limit on the portal size under the site settings? In the past when I've hit the memory limit on test portals the error that has come back is that the protal has reached it's storage limit. I did a little bit of googling and it looks like the error you're getting generally happens when you try to divide something by 0. Steve does have a section in the code where the file size is divided by 1024 (1MB) and that's the only spot that any math occurs I think (I don't have the source code handy or Visual Studio installed on this computer so I can't check).

Do you remember where you've read about this 2 GB limit? I've never heard of it and am interested in reading up on it especially when I've got two portals getting close to that size.
