i am adding the following code to the head tag to redirect to a mobile site.  Once it has updated i checked the page and some of it is being removed.

Do i need to edit the code in some way to make it work? (site is http://www.angelasbridal.net)

After page is updated script looks like this:

<script type="text/javascript">
/*
* MoFuse Premium API
* Mobile Detect & Redirect
*/
var mfp_url='http://angelasbridal.prohost.mobi';
var mfp_host_name=document.location.hostname;var mfp_request_uri=document.location.pathname;var mfp_no_mobile=location.search;var mfp_cookie=document.cookie;function mf_detect(){var mfp_ua=navigator.userAgent.toLowerCase();var mfp_devices=['vnd.wap.xhtml+xml','sony','symbian','nokia','samsung','mobile','windows ce','epoc','opera mini','nitro','j2me','midp-','cldc<link rel='SHORTCUT

Gavin,

I'm not sure why the script is being cut off, but it seems that you are trying to redirect a user to a mobile site. Why not just use the Admin > Site Redirection Management to easily create redirection rules? It may be an easier solution.

Clint is right and you should probably use that feature, but you should know that the Page MetaData field has a limited number of acceptable characters in some versions of DNN, even though it's not obvious in the UI.  The most recent releases of DNN will not truncate that field like you've experienced.

On a side note: A primary reason to use Clint's suggestion is because you're using a core feature that will be updated and maintained by the core. You don't have to worry about introducing, testing, and maintaining a 3rd party library to have this capability, nor do you have to worry about the additional page load overhead it might be adding. :)
