Hello all,

Can anybody please recommend a good help desk ticketing system module? I would like for it to be highly customizable (Add my own ticket categories, status, etc).

Another major thing I'm looking for is to be able to run multiple instances of the help desk. For instance, I would like to be able to have a help desk system for 2 different departments at my company. The ticket database needs to be separate for each dept.

Does anybody have any recommendations?

SigmaPro is a help desk module that has been around since the early days of DNN.  Details are on http://www.sigmaprodraconis.com and www.OnyakTech.com.  It also includes access to the new version 10 to be released early 2014 with iPhone and Android apps.

I looked at the features and like what I see of it. Does this support running multiple instances on the same portal?

Yes it does.  In your case, setup the core module on a page for administration and start by creating the different help desk projects.  Then use the SigmaPro Help Desk module throughout your site setting the project you want it connected to, or have multiple instances pointed to the same project.
