... how does one specify the substitution of an empty string "", instead of a dash "-" for spaces " " in a page name?

this setting is part of advanced UrlRewriter UI in DNN Evoq - but should be included in http://dnnurlmanagement.codeplex.com/ as well.

Thanks Sebastian, I understand that this functionality provided by advanced mode, but where do you go in the UI to set/change it from a dash "-" to something else, say a underscore or empty string?

Setting is either in Advanced URL Management, site Settings or host Settings - sorry, I remember noticing it during Translation, but don't use evoq on any sites of my own or my Clients.
