I would retry the upgrade process...  I saw that error and redoing the upgrade worked for me.  No need to delete the table row.

This happened to me upgrading from 7.00.06 to 7.02.01.

I did have Module Creator already installed, but it was not in use. This was a fairly time consuming fix/repair. It would be nice if the DNN folks would get this fixed in 7.02.02 so no one has to go through that again.

According to DNN Corps release notes for 7.2.1 it has been fixed.

  • fixed upgrade issue if previous version of module creator was installed

I can very conclusively say that it was not fixed. I did have Module Creator installed on the DNN instance and when I installed 7.02.01 I encountered the error. I am open to suggestions on how or where I could/should report this if talking about it here might not be enough. Thanks - Jeremy
