Hi,
I am using dnn 6.1
I want to remove/hide the search area in the top tight hand corner of the default DNN skin.
Is there an easy way to do this?
I have entered: .SearchCell { display:none; }  at the bottom of the style sheet editor, but this has not worked.
Is there something that I can enter into the style sheet editor?
Thank you,
Matt

Matt

Very good chance there is a class established just for the div that contains the search box. If so, setting its visibility to collapse or hidden in the skin.css may fix you up. You can easily determine/test this with the inspect element feature of Chrome or similar in another browser.

Disclaimer: Never attempted this with the Default DNN Skin. :-)

sorry, but I don't have a DNN 6.1 site available to validate, How about upgrading to 6.2.9 or even 7.1.2?

Cheers from Germany,
