I downloaded and extracted the Starter Kit for version 4.3.1 and the install document clains there is an

Installer but It does not exist as I can see. Therfore I am unable to integrate this package with VWD?

What do I do?

DISREGARD - I ran the file in the root directory named "DotNetNuke.vscontent"

seems the installed failed to note this filename.

rename the zip extension to vsi and doubleclick the file

Edit your Skin.xml and Container.xml files with:
