I moved both DNN Instances to a new server before I started the upgrades.  The old server was 2003, the new server is 2008 R2.  I believe both instances were 2.0 when I moved them.  I do have 2.0/3.5 and 4.0 on this server and both instances are running on 4.0.

The web config does not seem to be growing.  I do know that the other Instance seems to have more comments like <!--Upgraded by .NET 4.0 Upgrade version 5.6.0 - Date: 1/3/2014 6:46:16 PM--> than the one we are working on.

The Instance we are working on only has 2 entries like the one listed above.

I was going to clear the event log and try the upgrade again, but I noticed several exceptions with 5.6.8 so thought they might point to something that needs corrected before the upgrade.  List below is one of the exceptions.
