Hello!

My log is getting filled up with Page Load Exception errors. It happens on different pages, with different content (mostly html modules). A sample error:

InnerException:The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime. Parameter name: t

FileName:

FileLineNumber:0

FileColumnNumber:0

Method:System.DateTime.op_Addition

StackTrace:

Message:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.PageLoadException: The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime. Parameter name: t ---> System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: The added or subtracted value results in an un-representable DateTime. Parameter name: t at System.DateTime.op_Addition(DateTime d, TimeSpan t) at DotNetNuke.Common.Utilities.DateUtils.GetDatabaseTime() at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.Controls.CurrentDate.OnLoad(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Any idea what could be causing this, and how to solve it?

 Thanks!

Alex

We're aware of this, it seems that on occasion the initial value is not pulled from the database and then that causes issues - this is pretty rare (we've recreated it ourselves a few times e.g. https://dnntracker.atlassian.net/brow... ), so I'd speculate that poor network connectivity may be the reason behind it - we'll be working on this for 7.2.2 (it didn't make the cut for 7.2.1 which is codefrozen), so for now all you can do is clear down the eventlog table regularly - sorry.

Thanks for the reply!

For me, it's happening hundreds of times a day...

The tracker says:

  • Severity:Trivial
  • I would say this is not a trivial item.  Looks terrible if the home page of a site will not load.
