I've been working on a project and can't seem to get the PagingControl to work.  I've used it on most every project I've ever done.  I must be overlooking something or something has changed in DNN 7.2.  

To test things I wanted to eliminate all my code from my project, so I create a new DNN site and project using the directions provide by Chris Hammond (http://www.christoc.com/tutorials/aid/4).

I opened the new Edit.ascx and added:

This is similar code that I've used before.  However, PagingControl tag is underlined in green and has the message "Element 'PagingControl' is not a know element. This can occur if there is a compilation error in the Web site, or the web.config file is missing."

If display the design view of the page, I get the message "Error Creating Control - PagingControl1 Unknown server tag 'dnnsc:PagingControl'".

What am I doing wrong?
