I just upgraded a DNN 7.2.0 site to 7.2.1 as I was having issues with the search functionality (no results). After the upgrade I do get results but the majority return with a [no link available]. If I do click on an item I get:

mysite.com/SearchResults/tabid/##/[no link available]

Is anyone experiencing this?

On the 7.2.0 version of this site I wasn't getting anything returned in the results. When I checked the Event Log I saw the following:

RawURL:/DesktopModules/internalservices/API/searchService/search?search=downloads&pageIndex=1&pageSize=15&sortOption=0&culture=en-US AbsoluteURL:/DesktopModules/internalservices/API/searchService/search UserAgent:Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 DefaultDataProvider:DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke ExceptionGUID:6f4724a4-6b96-4d53-9c75-37e483e419ed InnerException:Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Thanks.

I figured this out. If anyone else has the same issue it was caused by not having a primary portal alias defined for this site. Once the primary alias was set, the search results contained active links.
