Hi,

I 'am upgrading my website from 615 to 721
I do this step by step.
Now I get by every step so far an SERVER ERROR MESSAGE SCREEN in the list while upgrading

00:00:00.750 -   Installing Package File DDRMenu_02.00.02_Install:
SERVER ERROR IN APPLICATION
(whole screen)

 However, the upgrade proces continues normal.
When I click the link "Back to the website", every goes normal.
The website works ok, as far I can see.

What to do about this?

can you try upgrading the site after removing the DDR package, and install that manually after the upgrade succeeded?

can you also please post the results you get when you try installing it after you upgrade -we've had a few reports of this issue and would like to track the cause (my current hypothesis is a missing prerequisite such as .net 4.0)

Hi Erik,

I have upgraded without the  DDRMenu package.
Upgrade was OK.
Next I installed the DDRMenu manual.
This went OK also.
After this I upgraded on the usual way to 7.0.0.
No problems.

I only know that the website is performing ok.
I do not know how to test this DDRMenu.
Please, do not hesitate to ask for more clarification when needed.
