I am using DNN 07.02.00 CE. I have installed a folder provider for Amazon s3 and can't seem to use it because the Add New Type button is missing and even if I manually add it, when adding a folder the folder type dropdown list doesn't show any choices. It only gives me standard as an option. I read that DNN detects if it is CE and hides these options.  Is this true? If so, how do I use my custom folder providers?

Thank you for your reply.  I did see this workaround and was able to move forward with it but as stated, I then run into my second issue which occurs when adding the folder. It does not give me an option of folder type.  So I create it as Standard and change to AmazonS3 in the database (Folders table).  This works until I go to sync the root folder and all sub folders. At this point the AmazonS3 folder gets deleted. Are we just not allowed to use custom folder providers in DNN 7.02 CE?

you should see a folder type dropdown when you create the folder i.e. http://www.dnnsoftware.com/help#Docum... new folder

Right. This is what I would expect but this is not so. The dropdown is nonresponsive and when I look at the html output there is only one input (Standard) in the combobox.
